This means that if an organization can be in a position to estimate these parameters, they can estimate an employee’s productivity indicator. The capability is termed as the “can do” element of performance. A capable employee is the one who possesses the aptitudes and talents to perform the required tasks of a job. The other factor of productivity is motivation. Some external factors of motivation include incentives offered by the employer and compensation. Internal factors represent the inborn attributes such as highperformance ethics, responsibility, commitment, and other moral values. The other factor of productivity support system includes elements and instruments provided by the employer to enhance employee performance. This includes the overall layout of the structure of the workplace and the efficiency of processes within the system of the organization.
