Furthermore, the commission also illegalizes the discrimination against a person because of raising a complaint against discrimination or participation in any discrimination investigation (Robinson,2009).The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission guidelines on discrimination focus on helping employers understand what kind of questions they can ask the job applicant before offering the job. The guidelines also discuss the different parameters of post-offer as well as how to handle inquiries and examinations. The laws prohibit harassment or any related incidences especially because an individual may be affiliated with a particular religion or ethnic group.
