MBTI personality type and working style
According to the IMBI test, the personality type is ISFJ, in other words, the defenders. It
is quite a unique as the qualities defy the definition of an individual trait (Houpt, 2016). Even
though there is possession of feeling (F), they display perfect analytical skill. They have a well-
developed people skill and robust social relationships. They possess introverted (I) personality
and though they are judgmental ISFJs are often seen as being open to change and new ideas It is
found in the line of work with a sense of history behind them. People with this personality are
often careful to the point of perfection and can always be relied on to get the job done in time
even though they sometimes procrastinate (Duff, 2014). In accounting, the ISFJ personality type
is crucial as they needed to detail oriented since most of the time the solution hidden in the
numbers. It means keeping the clients informed and makes a better financial decision.
ISFJs are always ready to share goals of putting excellent service and dedication to their
work.(Ward, 2005) They are willing to help co-workers get the project finished in time, helping
clients directly and helping the team to be more organized and productive (Rui, 2016). They can
always be relied on for their kindness and their capability to listen to concerns and finding ways
to resolve them. In accounting, a person with this personality type helps in completion of a
project primarily a team effort job to perfection as they are always careful and ready to help their
colleague.
