The change in an organization can be very simple that can come in a number of dissimilar
forms. Such changes can be applied to human resource managing culture changes and business
strategies. It is the responsibility of management in healthcare to see that the services and
changes made are coordinated well along with providing a combined function that is beneficial
for the community, staff, and patient. It is understood by the effective manager that workers must
understand about their value for knowing their role within the organization, along with feeling
connected with others in their efforts. By attending three basic needs of humans: being
recognized, being informed, and being connected, personnel functions can be optimized by the
manager.
While considering the current scenario, it has been told to the manager that upper
management has made a decision for downsizing my department along with asking for making
the team ready for these changes and other management. Management needs to understand and
research the numerous methods of motivation for creating these modifications that will assist in
leading and implementing the changes in the department, along with providing theoretical
concepts for supporting them. As a manager, I would apply three motivational methods would be
discussed for optimizing functions of employees. When these modifications take place, workers
are to be connected, informed, and recognized.
In motivational methods, the first basic human need for workers is to be recognized; the
members of staff likely to be self-motivated for doing their best when the labor is recognized and
appreciated. A functioning and adequate unit or department make a difference when such
individual operates the unit who care for the staffs and the efforts made by them. It produces the
awareness stages when management sheds light on communication and work performance for
