It is important to note that any potential employer need not to be bombarded with too
much information that may be unnecessary such as grade received, in as much as the
applicant may be doing everything to a land the job. For instance, Ken should rather inform

for the position of CAM technician." Personally, I find the use of "graveyard shift" as
informal and should not have a space in a formal letter destined to any potential employer.
The provision of Ken’s experience in regard to CAD work is appropriate, but he should not
delve into its details. Nonetheless, I think Ken should provide reliable contact information
such as his address and avoid other irrelevant information such as fax that may not be
reliable. However, I found it appropriate for Ken to include his resume showcasing his work
experience and his education credentials
