In the United States relations, the place occupied by Latin Asians is in-between African
Americans and the white Americans. The primary reason as to why Latin Asian have remained
designated to the in-between position is mainly due to their higher levels of income, educational
attainment including other diverse attitudes towards the mode of life of the Americans compared
to the other two races. Additionally, the Latin Asians community has customarily been
overlooked as the racial minority. However, this proves that Americans have attained a society
that is color blind because the Latin Asian community is both educationally higher and
financially stable, unlike the African Americans who have apparently not thrived.
Additionally, the history of the United States more so the issue regarding race can be
shaped in numerous ways if the nation focuses on the migration of labors whose effort built the
European settler’s wealth and loosens its focus from the Americas’ European colonists.
According to the video, it is clear that while other cultures remain trapped in racial arguments,
the Latin Asian community are mainly on the next evolution level and thus this means that if all
the other communities would ultimately assimilate then the issue of racism within the United
States of American would eventually be buried. The mode of living signified by the Latin Asians
is proof that the Americans at large irrespective of your race can bury their ego, stop judging
people by the color of their skin or their place of origin. Through this, the different communities
will unite, and thus they will have a higher potential of shaping the political, cultural, and social
environment of America.
