At zinnia Hotel, each and every fulltime payroll workers are covered .the employees benefit from health
insurance of $ 300 deductible single coverage. Such employees also have insurance covers such as
inpatient hospital expenses which is 80% of the expenses and 100% if the employee pays $ 1700,
outpatient medical care which is 80% of the expenses, preventive health care which is 100% for the
preventive services which are specified in the Act of Affordable Care and a maternity health care which
is 80% of the expenses including both delivery and prenatal exams. Eye exams, contact lenses and eye
glasses are not covered. The full time employees of the Zinnia hotel are covered with prescription drugs:
which is 100% for the preventive medications in accordance with the Act of affordable care; 100% after
the employee pays $15 for a period of 30 days to be supplied with generic drugs; and 100% if the
employee pays $75 for a period of 30 days to be supplied with drugs which are not generic.
Each and every fulltime employee of Zinnia hotel is entitled to a yearly out of pocket maximums of
$4,000, a life insurance of $5000, an accidental death and dismemberment of $ 5000. They also have a
weekly benefit of accident and sickness disability of up to $ 120, which starts from the first day of being
hospitalized, the first day of the accident, and the eighth day illness to a maximum of thirteen weeks.
The fulltime payroll workers of Zinnia hotel have family coverage allowance in which the funds
reimburse up to $ 250 monthly per each eligible worker participant to purchase the family coverage.
