Introduction

The nursing ethics put forth numerous provisions for its acute moral standards. There are

nine standards for the same and narrow down to three in the below scenario tends to take center

stage. They include practicing with compassion for the inherent dignity of the client, protecting

the right, health and safety of the patient and continuously improving the healthcare environment

to become aligned to quality standards aforementioned.

Ethical standards as perceived by the group

In evaluating the moral context of the paper information, environmental operations of

technology, economy, and civic life get considered. The above has its set standards in the nurses

association websites and collaboration with CIOs, everything et harmonized. In complying with

CIOs policies, the nurse and her colleagues protect the rights, health, and safety of the

bewildered patient. Suppose the police had a warrant. Still, the nurse would deny blood

withdrawal based on the ethicality of protection of the patient rights. The other opinion

considered involves protection of an individual client interest at the expense of all other matters-

the police and the jury. It’s sad to discover that the policemen are hellbent of arresting UTAH

nurse without an accompanying warrant. It’s for that reason that the nurse puts her patient

interest at the front of all other occurrences (Lachman, 2015).

Conclusion

At the end of it all, everybody in the hospital must always adhere to code number one.

Allow the patient to access care and compassionately serve them without injuring their cognitive

abilities to interact with the facility environs. In doing so, strict cooperation with the police and

the government ensures such arbitrary arrests are a thing in the past.
