See 2 BUSINESS INFORMATION SYSTEM 3 HQ Customer Store Supplier Warehouse i) Blue arrows represents the flow of money ii) Black arrows represent the flow of goods (Thota & Munir, 2011). 1. In the drawing above mark the main flows of goods and money, and employ a key or table of descriptive elements to explain your answer. Key Blue Arrows: Flow of money Explanation i) Customer to Store – Arrow represents money received from the customer to the store’s Point of Sale system in form of cash or other means. BUSINESS INFORMATION SYSTEM ii) 4 Store to HQ – Arrow represents money received from retail store to the bank iii) HQ to Warehouse – Arrow represents warehouse maintenance funds as well as utilities and other costs such as rent. iv) HQ to Supplier – Arrow represents company’s payments to the suppliers.
