Foreign vs. US Legal Systems
As students, you work hard for your grades and your subsequent degree. Now, imagine
that someone intentionally stole years of your hard work and sacrifices for their gain. How
would you feel, and what would your reaction be?
As a student, if someone steals the hard work of my years and sacrifices for their gain, I
will feel wasted in all my lifetime. My reason will be that I will regret having wasted my time,
having spent a lot of money and having worked tirelessly to acquire my grades which will enable
me to obtain a degree in my field of study. As a student, I know the pain it takes for me to
acquire the grades. It requires great respect and commitment, and hard work for better grades.
Having the ranks, it needs inputs like purchasing the learning resources and paying of tuition fee
to learn. For instance, if a person steals my grade, I have to take a stern action towards them if I
will get any proof of the theft of my classes. My reaction will be to report the person to the
relevant authorities for judgment to be taken against her or him.

experienced human rights violations or violations of labor laws.
The two countries that the domestic workers have experienced the violations of and the
