In the recent past, management has embraced the approach of having a marketing plan
and strategies that would aid a company to thrive and succeed in the competitive corporate
world. A marketing plan outlines the manner in which an organization intends to rationalize its
resources, handle its customers, and engage in production Kotler & Armstrong, 2010). The
management, as well as operations team, strives to develop and implement practical marketing
strategies, which can guarantee a sustainable flow of organization quotidian operations.
Importantly, a marketing plan and strategies revolve around the nature of environ an organization
desires to develop for customers in the bid to make sales. This involves concepts like
demographics and geographic and market segmentation. Therefore, a stable marketing plan
enables an organization to grow its market share resulting in more profits, more customers, and a
large market share.
Organization's Mission, Vision, and Values
An organization mission, vision, and values aid in ensuring that a company has a
competitive edge over the rivals (Kirkpatrick, 2008). Therefore, the enterprise mission will be
aimed at providing the customers around the globe with high quality, effective, and reliable
products for the attractiveness of the organization. The mission statement will help in presenting
the guidelines and goals that will lead to an effective strategic formulation of the firm. The
organization mission statement will enable the firm to design and develop products that meet the
customers’ requirements as well as suit both the domestic and global markets. Similarly, the
corporate vision will be focused on being the most client-centric organization that will provide
and enable the customers to access anything they might desire to purchase. The vision statement
