battle, I can identify the best mitigation strategies to provide an amicable solution. The role of

conducive environment for the creation of lasting solutions thus preventing future conflicts. As
the human service administrator, I would ensure that all the issues are addressed so that the
situation can be solved amicably without escalating another conflict. With the knowledge and
information, I have, I am in a position to manage the situation. The two teams can be used as an
example for solving such conflict in the future. The success of the conflict resolution process
depends on the capability of the human services administrator to bring together the different
teams and make them work together. Having such qualities can help in bringing a solution to any
conflict which might affect the relationship of various parties.
Conflict can help the conflicting parties to create a unique understanding of each other.
The reason for this is because they are in a position to understand what went wrong and what
should have been done. Through a conflict, it becomes easy for the human service administrator
to formulate the best plan to counter the issues brought. Thus, conflict creates a better path for
