BUSINESS GROWTH PLAN FOR TAX TYME, LLC.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY.

Tax Tyme, LLC is a tax preparation service company located in Cleveland MS that educates

businesses on tax payment requirement and rates. We organize tax returns for companies to enable

them adhere to current government regulations therefore evading penalties associated with evasion

of tax payment or paying lower amounts than expected of them. Having been in business for 11

years I deemed it necessary to expand the business.

I decided to open the business in Cleveland because the only major Tax Preparation service at that

time was H&R Block. In which a new franchise had just taken over the company. There was a

greater pool of potential clients in the Cleveland area with several large corporations and local

businesses. Also, there’s a major intersection (Hwy 61/8) in Cleveland that allow more potential

clients from other large areas to travel through to and from this area.

Currently based in Cleveland MS I decided to open two more braches one in Ruleville MS, and

the other in Rosedale MS. Both these places having a large number of businesses set up and of a

wide variety, I contemplated that tax preparation services would thrive very well under such a

business environment. I have already identified perfect locations for the businesses with good road

connectivity and communication services.

There is little to no competition in Ruleville & Rosedale in a 20 to 30-mile radius. So, I will be

able to target all of the local businesses such as factories, penitentiary, hospitals, stores, and

restaurant that employs a large amount of potential clients.

The estimated amount of time for completion and operation of these two branches is one and a half

year. This is majorly attributed to securing of management and employees for the branches and

acquiring offices for business operation, and, accumulating the finances required for these

prospects.

COMPETITION ANALYSIS.

In both Roseville and Rosedale, the competition level is low. There is only a handful of companies

that offer tax preparation services. The only advantage they have is that they have operated in these

two areas before us but the years of experience cannot outmatch that of Tax Tyme LLC. I believe

that our experience in the field is going to attract clienteles from these companies to ours. From

the reconnaissance conducted the existing competitors have been in business for not more than

four years.

We consider all of our clients as family. My staff and I familiarize ourselves with all the clients

instead of treating them like a number. This helps in getting all the information needed to get the

greatest possible refund amount back on our clients’ behalf. My company offers excellent

customer service such as loyalty programs, client appreciation, and same day refund to all of our

clients. I believe in the “Wow factor” and giving back to my clients. For the past 3 years I’ve

established a client appreciation day where I give away gifts such as gift cards, cars, food, etc. to

all of new and existing clients. This lets my clients know that I appreciate their business.
