Failure and success of a product in the market mainly on depends on how well a
company is able to market its product to the target customers. Marketing activities of Phoenix
Poll Inc. will mainly be geared towards informing target customers about the existence of a new
product Automatic Child Pool Senor (ACPS)as well as explaining to them how the product
work. This part will discuss four main methods that the company should use to serve this
purpose as well as provide a justification why the techniques suit best for the market segment.
The first method is advertising; this method entails the use of audio or visual information
regarding a certain product or the company itself. This technique employs an openly sponsored,
nonpersonal message with the aim of promoting a product or service (Cianfrone & Dees, 2014).
This technique will help the company to inform the target customers about the existence of
ACPS regardless of their age.
The second strategy that the company should employ is the use of new digital marketing
techniques. This technique will entail exerting promotional efforts to market the product through
channels such as the internet, mobile apps, electronic billboards and the use of social media
platforms such Facebook and Twitter(Tiago & Veríssimo, 2014). The company should use this
strategy since it will be able to large to a large number of its target customers since almost all
people are using the internet across the world.
The third technique that Phoenix should use is directing marketing. This method entails
selling the product directly to the public rather than using the retailers. The rationale that should
drive the company to use this method is that the marketer will be able to demonstrate and
convince potential customers how ACPS operates.
