Nonmarket issue life cycle
The nonmarket issues lifecycle is associated with those stages of developing a problem to
its impact on a particular firm and its organization (Lussier, Robert and Herbert Sherman,2013).
These nonmarket issues can develop through five stages; issue identification, interest group
formation, legislation, administration, and enforcement. These stages are as describe below;
The first stage is the issue identification. In the identification of issues, one has to analyze
and formulate some practical strategies for addressing the problems. Then you focus on the
market to have well competition skills as you enter the market. Also, one needs to focus on how
the entry and the exit in the market shall be. This identification of issues being the first stage
needs to be taken seriously since it is the base of all the procedure.
The second stage is interest group formations which do include the individuals and the

all the members should have an interest and look forward to helping come up with a right and a
convenient way to solve the issues identified.
The third stage is the legislation. This involves government entities and also the
nongovernmental institutions such as public sentiment and the media. These institutions need to
be involved in a nonmarket issue life cycle because they play a substantial part in the business.
Through legislation, it gives a business a reasonable assurance that it is well protected against
any arm from the surrounding environment (Lussier, Robert and Herbert Sherman,2013).
The fourth stage is the administration. After the group has been formed, there is a need to
establish an administration which shows how new members can be included in the nonmarket
environment. These administrations also help in the control of the whole group and take part in
changing the laws set at the starting of the team. Finally, the last stage is the enforcement. This is
enforcing the laws set by the administration and placing them in order to govern all the members
of a group or that particular individual involved.
