Considerations for system integration
Introduction
During the change in an organization, the systems therein are replaced with new ones that
have to be incorporated alongside formerly existing ones to ensure the maintenance of smooth
functionality and objectivity in the achievement of organizational goals. Because all the
components of an organization can't be replaced simultaneously, system change is always
gradual hence the need for compatibility between the newly placed actors and the existing ones
(Doerfler, 2017). For this reason, it is essential to consider some factors to ensure all goes well as
discussed below.
Categories of consideration
Categories of considerations for ease in determination and analysis as well as obtaining
an orderly sequence, payments made are classified and ranges anywhere between four and eight
tops depending on who you ask. However, for this particular paper, neither eight nor four are

The factors for consideration during a system change are discussed as follows. The first
action to be taken for that particular organization is conducting one on one meetings with key

the proposed changes in an organization are the employees themselves. Directly meeting them
provides reassurances in their roles as well as a provision of clear communications to express
