System integration project
Introduction
A system changeover or rather its integration into an organization forms the most critical
stage of a system development process to a group since the developers and implementers
likewise have a combined desire to introduce the system into the body flawlessly while
maintaining the balance that the organization enjoyed in the previous order under reinvention.
The project herein seeks to put under consideration the measures that could be implemented to
ensure proper ways of making the change in the process of system changeover (Gawel, &
Purkus, 2013)
Process of determining requirements
System requirements are usually two prongs and inevitably dependent on the system
owners and the users of that system. System owners is a term used to describe the people or
organization on whose behalf the developer operates to develop the system. The users on the
other and are the individuals who interact with the improved system in one way or another. The
designer usually communicates with these two groups to determine the tasks or functions that
they require the system to perform in their stead.
The processes that the team designing the software undergo or follow are numerous and
vary from situation to situation or based on the preference of the person tasked with developing
that system. Some of the more common means of getting the requirement for both classes of
users include the inclusion of one on one interviews among others. In this scenario, the
programmer queries the user directly in a question and answer session to derive the sentiments
that ultimately guides in finding the requirement. Another method is the use of questionnaires
