Learning is an activity that requires many factors to be combined together for the benefit
of the whole system. Academic environments are critical in the overall development of both an
individual and the country. As a result, the school management has the obligation to ensure that
every process that contributes to the education progress is well checked and maintained to
provide the best services.
One of the Demo’s philosophies that can be applied to this process is driving out fear for
effective working and learning within the institution. Students may be faced with difficult times
as they get worried about their performance as well as their future (Tom Corbett, 2014). The
administration should be there to assure them about the strategies laid down to ensure that they
succeed at the end.
The other strategy is the adoption of a new philosophy. Every person likes experiencing
something new. The school administration should come up with a philosophy that will motivate
and benefit the students to become focused thus increase their performance. As a result, the
education process will have a new phase which will lead to a better overall performance.
Thirdly, there should be a breakdown of education and progress barriers within the
departments. Departmental barriers act as a threat and a block preventing development.
Therefore, there should be a way of ensuring that the people operating within these sectors are
determined to work together for the benefit of all the students (University, 2016).
Finally, there is need to create a constant purpose towards improvement of the education
programs. This follows the aim of producing the best results as well as making the lives of the
