The company will be named StarKim Automotive Company, and it will involve the
creation of automotive. The company will major in the manufacture of electric cars, which will be
distributed to different markets in the country and at the globe at large. The company will ensure
that its marketing takes place in the local markets, which will help it to establish itself at the
domestic level. On the other hand, the company will venture into the global markets although at
selected big countries like China, Canada, Australia, and Russia. These countries will provide the
best market for the sale of electric cars. There is an increase in the production of environmentally
friendly vehicles. Aforementioned will offer the best opportunity to satisfy such demand with the
international plans aiming at limiting the use of diesel cars. With that in mind, the production of
such a product will make it easy for the company to attract large markets in both the domestic and
the international level (Font Vivanco, David, et al., 2014)
StarKim Automotive Company will be a private company with the options of becoming a
public company if the sales and the market respond positively. The reason to operate the business
as a private company is to ensure that the owners have the room to decide how to run it in the
competitive market. If the production of electric cars is successful, the company will be made
public, and its shares sold to the public. This will help them to control and be the part of improving
the environment with the ideas. The number of employees will be 250 starting from the top
management up to the regular employees. The workers will work on a three-shift system, which
will ensure that all the employees get the best for adequate performance. The company will be new
once there is no specific period in which it has been operating. The company will break-even after
eight months. The conducted research has provided enough information on the current demands
of the market.
