Cyber Bullying Policies
Reviewing on the cyberbullying policy, I can categorically affirm that my classmate
considered all aspects of the history and the social origin of this unique policy from its early
form that was traditional involving physical in-person interaction and proximity. My
classmate though did not address all the potential criminological theories relevant to the
cyberbullying policy because when people conform crime and deviance can be expected more
in situations where effective personal control of individuals is inadequate when their own
needs come into conflict. The control theory can also efficiently address this policy where
effective rules can be enforced with a close and precise eye focusing on laws that do not
overlap each other such experienced before to avoid cases where students harass others and
hold out that their rights have been infringed when suspended. My colleague did sufficiently
address the modern and historical trends that have aided the state/federal public policy issue
to evolve with time through passing laws that they deem necessary to put bullying to an end.
Evaluating Juvenile
Paying my undivided attention to the juvenile justice policy submission work by my
classmate I am more than assured that he adequately considered all the required aspects of this
policy history and origin. My colleague went ahead and discussed all the potential
criminological theories that were relevant to this juvenile justice policy. This is very clear
from his work because he has explained and given different accounts of how over time legal
institutions have evaluated, amended and created new laws to curb new versions of arising
criminal and deviant behaviors and acts by the juveniles. My classmate also clearly identified
