W4 DISCUSSION 2
Discussion
The 47 processes of project management include actions and activities that are
interrelated and are thus performed with the intention of achieving particular results, products or
even services. The processes serve as a roadmap used in keeping the continuity of the project and
making it correct (Moje, 2004). The 10 knowledge areas in project management, on the other
hand, include scope management, cost management, integration management, time management,
quality, human resource, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management. I am
memorizing the 10 knowledge areas and processes by understanding activities of project
management and how the 10 knowledge areas are accomplished project goals (Morgeson, 2005).
Tricks that assist me to remember the process by process group include conversion of observed
words into pictures, having memory spots, stacking, and using rhymes (Hall et al, 2017). Tricks
that are noted by my colleagues that would assist my memorization through adoption include
mnemonic devices use, working with specific names without mentioning related ones and having
pictorial storages for what is read and observed.
