McDonald's business strategy focuses on both operational and development excellence
(Vignali, 2001). The foundations of its business advantage are both its processes and its people.
Through deliberately enlisting and choosing its members of staff, McDonald's guarantees that
only customer service-motivated individuals get the opportunity to work in the organization.
McDonald's eventually trains them in extra abilities that are fundamental to good performance.
By distinguishing and tracking the people factors that influence job outcomes, the organization
can assess and continuously enhance the alignment between its business activities and staffing
strategies (Vignali, 2001).
McDonald's focuses its products on the likings and preferences of the general public
(Gerhardt, Hazen & Lewis, 2014). As indicated by the case study, individuals are the
organization's most valuable asset, and its prosperity relies upon the fulfillment of its clients'
needs. This success starts with laborers who have the states of mind and skills required to work
