Is vacation the best way to relax?
It is known that people feel constantly stressed because of the accelerated rhythm of human
life. However, spending time with family is likely to improve health, because it reduces stress.
But, how do families relax? Going out on Sundays can be a good idea as a solution to feel
relaxed because you spend time together and improve communication. For example, if you go
to a park as a family, each one of you can rest in nature, benefit from fresh air and provide a
relaxing environment for you. If you do not like going out, then you could play some video
games or table games to enjoy and compete together. As this kind of activity produces many
endorphins in the human body related to happiness and fun, you will feel happier as you will
be focusing for a long time in non-stressful situations. As we all have different ways of feeling
relaxed, some families enjoy doing simple activities that provide relaxing attitudes, such as
meditation. Group meditations, on average, produce and induce positive emotions and states
of mind because you may start to release control over many situations. Overall, when families
do activities together, they enjoy even more their presences, and the environment in the house
will always provide positive attitudes in each member.
Employees are likely to feel tired, stressed, and burned out because of the average of tasks and
responsibilities they must have under control daily. Nevertheless, there are many ways in
which employees can rest and feel positive, even under stressful situations. For example, I
think that in every job, the schedule should be adjusted so that employees can rest at least for
an hour. Resting for an hour would improve job performance because the mind will feel more
relaxed, and a relaxed mind produces more desire to work. Another way for employees to relax
is to include other kinds of activities in their daily routines. On average, people who exercise
regularly are likely to feel better, because the stress levels are reduced. When the mind is
adjusted to only one important daily activity, such as working, the person may feel bored and
keep a bad attitude towards life. Another solution is to read an interesting book during short
breaks between the work activities. When reading a book, people discover new stories, worlds,
characters among others. Stimulating the imagination provides more creativity and gives
positive attitudes. In conclusion, employees should find activities that fit with their schedules
