Lidia, you declare that the various problems that are facing the health sector are due to
the fact the health care system is complex and because of this reason there need to have some
improvements done. This is true since the health sector is an institution that involves various
stakeholders and it is only through proper and well-laid strategies that patients can receive better
services. It clear that these improvements cannot just all happen at once, but it should be a
continuous process. It is only by having proper infrastructure, multidisciplinary groups and
effectual communication the improvement process can begin and also be achieved (Bassett et al.,
2012). It is also significant to include all the stakeholders in the health sector that is the patients,
donors, and employees. The only hindrance to these improvements in the health care institution
as Lidia you have noted is miscommunication, and this can be solved by having proper
communication channels among the involved team members (New South Wales Government,
2014).
