ARMY SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 2
Abstract
Transport is one of the areas that have not been an aspect of observation in the work of
the Army. As a result, the department has been facing challenges in their operations because they
cannot get their requirement at the right time. Also, the idea of improving transport has turned to
be a complex issue. However, this paper seeks to prove a need to improve transport as an area of
the army supply chain management system. Also, the paper provides an argument on the
importance of material logistics management theory in increasing the effectiveness of the army
supply chain management system.
