It is patently clear that there is a strong association between negotiation, communication,
and decision making process. Appreciably, negotiation is considered as an approach to resolving
a conflict and may involve a critical analysis of the problem at hand before a solution is obtained
(Ghauri & Fang, 2012). In such a scenario, having knowledge on decision making process may
significantly aid in negotiation and concessions that one might be willing to undertake during
negotiations. In the first place, being aware of decision making process can remarkably aid in the
identification and close assessment of the problem which in this case relates to the joint venture
with the Chinese government (Ghauri & Fang, 2012).Besides, having knowledge on decision
making process is important in negotiations because it in quick generation of solutions which
will then be analyzed to generate the most pertinent decision. Markedly, decision making will
