Good decision makers are rational as they seek to maximize value of the choices they
make subject to given constraints while poor decision makers are irrational as they make poor
quality, inconsistent choices and which may not optimize the outcome. After making their
choices, good decision makers start making future plans whereas poor decision makers tend to be
pleased with their choices and take rest. Good decision makers expect the worst in future
whereas the bad decision makers fear for the worst thus unable to take risks. Good decision
makers have an internal locus of control while bad decision makers point fingers on others in
case of failure. Decision makers tend to avoid the truth as they seek not to hurt others.
