Introduction
The human resource management can be defined as a set of all the organization’s policies
and practices that are put in place by the key stakeholders with the aim of imparting knowledge
in their stuff. The human resource management is divided into two broad categories; human
resource development and personnel administration. According to research, the most valuable
and desired factor in any successful organization is the human factor. If there are increase and
perfection of the human factor the company and the individual sequentially benefit. We can
define training and development as the process which is designed to relate to the improvement
and growth of the group and individual skills within the organization. This begins straight from
the education which invests in itself and thus increasing the capacity (Davidson & Sicafuse,
2011).
This paper, therefore, tries to discuss the human resource development as the main aim of
the study. This aim is integrated to apply training and development, career development and
organization development to make a positive improvement in the groups, individuals, and
organizational effectiveness. A commendable job for human resource training and development
that help the company to move up in production operations is only possible through the efficient
transmission of information, working in teams, maintaining good communication with others and
learning how motivation and leading works. According to research, there has been a claim that
development of human resources is the foundation of socio-economic development and a key
factor in the economic growth. If a country offers youths and unskilled labor the aspect of
training and education, it means that there will be some progress in terms of labor, skills and
