IMPLEMENTING CHANGE 2
Implementing Change
Change implementation in organizations is a vital activity that should be done with
accuracy. The success of the implementation of change is dependent on the strategic and tactical
interventions that the management applies (Vaara, Sonenshein & Boje, 2016). One of the
strategic interventions that could be applied includes creating an organizational culture that will
facilitate the utilization of the skills by the employees. This will ensure that all workers have the
opportunity to make maximum use of the skills to facilitate organizational performance.
On the other hand, a tactical strategy that would fit the change implementation process
will include looking into the needs of the employees by providing a healthy working
environment (Van der Voet, Kuipers, & Groeneveld, 2016). In this case, the employees will have
all the resources required to perform their day to day activities. The use of these strategies will
help the organization in developing a plan that will effectively meet the needs of the workers as
well as the goals and objectives of the organization (Wood, 2017). The interventions will thus
ensure that change implementation is successful in a company.
