A broker or a brokerage company acts as a middleman to connect buyers to sellers. A broker
receives a commission on the goods sold or the number of transactions made. There are rules and
regulations that ensure buyers/sellerssecurity. Grounded on Mary’s situation, there seems to be
a certain violation of customers rights (Wright, & Marett, 2010). In whatever way, a client
should or even must receive the best form of service always. Though Mary’s case seems to be a
bit hard for her to handle, there is a way out! Each and every documentation is available
therefore enough indication that she made the purchase.
There are different ways of carrying out an interview. Mary is a customer for StockPlus.com,
therefore, there are few steps to follow before drawing out conclusions of who to blame
concerning this situation and why. The first thing before carrying the interview is preparation.
The preparation for a meeting definitely changes as indicated by the kind of meeting you are
having. Planning for the meeting gives you the chance to contemplate a clear reason for the
meeting. There is also a need to first understand the nature of the company, strategy as well as
their policies. Identify different techniques to use in recording data for analysis. Also under the
preparation, I will try to understand if there are other such cases concerning the company.
The second step is to set up a place either a room or Mary’s place in order to carry out the
interview. Again, formulating different questions to ask and set recording apparatus
appropriately. I will also ensure privacy such that, I will ensure to her that the information she
provides is personal and it won’t be disclosed to anyone else. This will build confidence and
ensure that she gives full information without fear (Mohr, Webb, & Harris, 2001).
Before beginning the interview, an introduction is very important. I will introduce myself; give
her an overview of what she expects and more importantly the purpose of the interview. Make
