Introduction

Most people undergo through different problems in life. For that reason, it is

important that such individuals are identified, and given the necessary help in a bid to help

them stand on their feet again. This paper focuses on the case of Belinda who happens to

undergo through a lot of challenges in life.

Executive Summary

This case study seeks to look into the problems faced by individuals living in

foreign countries. It is clear those individuals living in such countries fall victims in most

aspects. Inhabitants in the foreign countries in most cases tend to find life to be extremely

expensive given that they are unable to afford most of the basic needs. People living in

foreign countries are in most cases unable to acquire good health facilities, transport,

education and even housing. The situation is more serious if the very individuals are not in

possession of the required personal identification documents such as identification cards and

social security cards among others. Given the scenario, the affected persons in the foreign

countries are likely to encounter a lot of shortcomings. The Goal Treatment Service Plan

plays the role of assisting such individuals in following the right channels for them to be able

to access various benefits such as good health care, housing, and transport, just to mention a

few(Hegwood, 2015).

This paper investigates the case of Belinda, an eighteen-year-oldNative

American who is faced with a lot of challenges. Belinda is unable to acquire various health

facilities since she is not in possession of the required identification documents. To make
