Introduction:
Human resource management works with human to formulate and implement the
business strategy. HRM and strategy were not related too much before but nowadays the
coordination between them is reasonably common in the competitive world. Every manager
needs to know how human resources are associated with strategic management to increase the
effectiveness of the organization. This assignment has been prepared to give a clear view about
the importance of HRM, formulation and implementation of HR strategies. Therefore, the
