This assignment involves creating a Business Plan and explaining how the program will function and be monitored and evaluated throughout and into the Evaluation Plan. Full Program Proposal with all components are as followsIntro letter, Community and Culture; Population Assets and Needs; Host Agency and Program Proposal; Program Function and Management; Program Mission, Services and Community Benefit (including goals, objectives and projected outcome); Evaluation; Timeline; and Summary. The components are the subsections of the Program Proposal. The total document must be less than 15 pages; yet a minimum of 10 pages. You cannot explain all the aspects of community, the need within, the plan to resolve the need, how the plan is orchestrated, managed, conducted and evaluated in pages fewer than 10. A good explanation takes careful thought and time. Be prepared for a consuming project.
