Systematic Racism
Systematic racism is a form of racism implanted in the laws and regulations of a society or an
organization. The systematic system is said to be systematic because it is usually generalized that
a particular whole common population is racist. For instance, many believe that the Whites are
racists, which does not necessarily mean that every white individual is racist. Systematic racism
does not view people individually but as a whole race which is racist; it does not see you as Jane
or John but as a White. That makes you become a participant of systematic racism but acting
unconsciously. However, not all whites are racists, some fight against racism, but the fact they
are all under the racialized group, in systematic racism, they are participants. Therefore,
systematic racism is comprehensive because it incorporates every individual, either racists or not,
as long they fall under the racialized group.
