Marketing Strategy; Lee’s Business

Lee’s mission statement: our most profound purpose is to enrich the lives of our everyday
customers through up-to-date resources and innovative reading technology.
Part 2: situation analysis
Organization Strengths and Weaknesses
Describe methods that Lee could use to identify her internal strengths and weaknesses
information
Lee is a marketing company, and therefore, it can use internal factors such as the daily record of
sales to determine which products have the highest sales and what resources have the lowest
deals. The company can conclude where to focus theirs strengthens a lot (Gurl, 2017).
Using sources like the U.S Census Bureau, describe the demographics affecting Lee’s
business in your area.
For a book store business like Lee, the U.S Bureau can brief the management about an area
targeted for a business. For instance, Lee can thrive so well in a location that has a lot of
privately owned learning institutions because that means parents have to provide their children
with learning materials: but in an area with a lot of public learning institutions may discourage a
bookstore because the government provides those (Bloom et al., 2020). Also, in a location with a
national library, a bookstore business cannot thrive because most people prefer to borrow a book
at the library rather than purchase one.
