Have you ever had any experiences/interactions that were mentioned? (Such as seeing
them on their bicycles, etc...) Write a sentence or two if you have had any experiences.
I would see the Mormon missionaries when I went to visit my grandmother as a child. They were
dressed just as the book describes, in dark slacks, white shirts, ties, and nametags while riding
on a bicycle, eager to spread the gospel.

How many Latter-day Saints are there located around the world? Why is it extraordinary
that there are so many Saints around the world?

There are about 5 million Latter-day Saints in the world. This is extraordinary since it was
fashioned purely from the culture and society of the European immigrants in North America 191
years ago when other religions and churches were already established. Yet, in a short time, it
has managed to garner an international following.
