is suffering from substance use disorders. Motivational interviewing puts up on Carl Rogers'
humanistic and optimistic theories regarding people's potentials for exercising free selection and
transforming through a course of self-actualization. The therapeutic affiliation for both Rogerian
and motivational interviewers is a democratic organization. The specialist’s responsibility in
motivational interviewing is directive, with an objective of bringing out self-motivational reports
and behavioral transformation from the clientele in addition to creating clientele inconsistency to
augment motivation for optimistic change. Fundamentally, motivational interviewing turns on
