How does the Business Analytics Model transform the information management process in

The business analytic model refers to the technical management of the information
systems of an organization. This model determines the proper structuring of these information
systems, which in turn bring about an increased productivity as well as high efficiency and
effectiveness in the performance of an organization. A business analytics model illustrates a
hierarchical discipline of layers through which information has to move. These movements
include motion from the business driven environment to the technical oriented environment, in
an upwards downwards portfolio. These movements facilitate effective transfer of required
information and analytics that necessitate productive business operations and management. As
such, the Business Analytics Model enables organizations as well as other concerned users to
enhance their performance in the management, as well as, administration of the information
