performance culture. Most managers and business executives agree to the fact that creating an
excellent working culture within an organization is an essential factor in tuning employees to the
realization of the set objectives. Various studies have shown that most companies use motivation
as the primary ingredient in order to enhance the performance of their workers. Some of these
motivations that are employed in various business organizations include the use of incentives,
bonuses, better pay, and awards among others. However, it has been shown that some companies
use the wrong motivation; thus, influencing the performance of their workers. It is essential to
understand that exceptional companies have turned to creating a high-performance culture within
their business environment. As a result, they have remained leaders in the market with an edging

outlines the three fundamental steps to building a high-performance culture in any business
organization.
High-performance organizations put company values at the core of their operations. This
is due to the fact that values have the potential to influence the behavior and attitudes of
