What is the difference between java and java script?
While many of their structure in programming are similar, there are some key differences between Java
and JavaScript. Java is primarily an Object Oriented Programming (OOP) language and JavaScript is a
scripting language and is formally known as LiveScript. Both Java and JavaScript require different plug-
ins. The coding language for Java needs to compiled, while JavaScript coding language is all in text.
Applications that run on a browser or virtual machine is created by Java, meaning, that Java can run on
its own. Yet, JavaScript coding language can only be run on a browser. The end result for either
Java/JavaScript is that it all depends on what you, the end user, want to use. JavaScript is way easier to
use than having to spell out every little detail using Java. It all comes down to what you want.
