India is the world's second most populous country, after China in the whole world. For this reason India
is one of the most powerful countries in the world. India is the world's largest democracy, with a
relatively stable political system. Due the demographical location of India and its issue with Pakistan, the
political environment has been uncertain. Political parties recognize and accept the democratic will of
the people expressed in local and national elections. This political culture of resistance makes a huge
contribution to maintaining a stable political atmosphere, which is in fact a very important factor to
attract foreign direct investment, and therefore the employment. India has one of the world's fastest
expanding economies. It has a large domestic market that provides many chances for both domestic and
international businesses. Information technology, telecommunications, healthcare, retail, and
infrastructure are the primary sectors that are currently booming. The corporate tax in India is lower
than other countries in order to be able to attract new business and the growth of the employment.
India is a popular destination for IT outsourcing. It offers significant chances for entrepreneurs to begin
on technology initiatives such as software creation and updates, e-commerce, mobile apps, business
solutions, and many more, thanks to its advanced IT infrastructure and highly qualified IT workforce. As
we can see example of ORACLE. I, a Banker employee, We Have lunched the Oracle system. And he is a
very friendly and compatible for all our purposes.
2- FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF AMERICAN AND EUROPEAN COMPANIES, ANALYSES THE ADVANTAGES AND
DISADVANTAGES OF OUTSOURCING WORK TO INDIA. ELABORATE.
At the Present Time, India is the lead country attracting service outsourcing. But since Philippine is an
English speaking country, starts now to compete with India. Currently Philipinos work in the Philippines
for American companies and Eastern European Countries rival India for job Outsourcing. But What Is the
outsourcing? Outsourcing is the process of engaging a third party to execute services or generate
products that would otherwise be performed in-house by the company's own employees and personnel.
Outsourcing is a cost-cutting strategy used by businesses to reduce costs. As a result, it has the potential
to affect a wide range of tasks, from customer service to manufacturing to the back office. Outsourcing
may have many advantages and disadvantages that we will treat.
Some Advantages of Outsourcing:
Saving Time and reducing cost: reducing labor and back-office operations costs, as well as a
reducing in overhead costs. In India cost are lower even though training costs are higher. Ex:

Reduced risk: Outsourcing eliminates a big portion of the danger, lowering your company's risk.

3- IS IT ETHICAL AND FAIR TO WORKERS OF DEVELOPED COUNTRIES WHEN COMPANIES SHIFT WORK TO
LOWER WAGE COUNTRIES? EXPLAIN.
It is surely unethical and unfair to workers of developed countries when companies shift work to lower
wage countries. Because this employee will feel the risk to be fired and replaced by a lower salary
employee. Rather than paying your staff to do the work, you can hire someone to do it for you.
Outsourcing Jobs will hurt the whole economy of the Main Country and increase the unemployment in
this country. Because they must compete with highly educated and low-cost workers, developed
countries' strengths have gone.
