The undersigned Jordan Reeves, whose address is 12407 Braxfield Ct Unit 491, Rockville,
MD 20852, being at least 18 years old, do hereby declare myself as the incorporator with the
intention of forming a for-profit stock corporation under the general laws of the state of

and facilitation of the sale of stocks in the Maryland Stock exchange market and any
other for-profit activities that a corporation may engage in as per the dictates of the
general laws of Maryland.

VI. RESIDENT AGENT OF THE CORPORATION
The name of the Initial registered agent is MR. JORDAN KING JR. whose street
address in Maryland is 538 Preston Avenue, Meriden Ct, MD, 06450. The registered
agent shall have the following authorities and responsibilities
A. Shall be sue and be sued on behalf of the corporation
B. Shall be able to adjust the corporation bylaws in compliance with the provisions of the
Corporation Codes of the state of Maryland.
C. Shall issue stock on behalf of the corporation to customers in compliance with the
corporation bylaws and the state of Maryland general laws regarding the same.
D. Shall have the authority to shorten or lengthen the corporate terms of the corporation.
E. Shall have the authority to either increase or decrease the corporation’s capital stocks.
F. Shall have the power and authority to reject the preemptive right.
G. Shall have the power to dispose of and sell the corporation assets.
H. Shall have the right to acquire and own shares in the corporation.
I. Shall have the power to declare dividends and enter into management contracts on behalf
of the corporation.
VII. AUTHORIZED CAPITAL
The total number of shares of all classes of stocks that the corporation is authorized to
issue is 100,000 each with a par value of $20.00
VIII. RESTRICTION OF TRANSFER
No shares of the stock in the Corporation will be transferred without the express or
implied approval of the board of directors the Corporation through a resolution of the
board of directors passed at a board of directors meeting or by an instrument or
instruments in writing signed by all members of the board.
