Meeting scheduling system

The meeting scheduling system helps plan meeting between different personnel in a date

that is appropriate to all of them. In this system, an agent refers to an active component of the

system and plays a critical role in satisfying the goals of the system. Playing this pivotal role

implies that the agent should be able to restrict their behavior. Considering the meeting

scheduling system, it has agents such as initiator, and all of them plays a key role in making sure

that that the system achieves its key goals and objectives. The initiator agent in this system has a

unique role and hence need to have a lot of capabilities and meet different constraints.

The initiator agent possesses various basic capabilities. Making Request- The initiator must be

capable of making requests for a meeting date from the system. Once the system fills the details,

it compels the initiator to complete the required details. The initiator should be capable of filling

such details which include the preferred meeting location, potential attendants, the date and the

levels of importance of the attendants. The capability to fill such details is crucial as it will serve

as the base where the scheduling of the meeting will get made and hence satisfy its aims of

satisfying the needs of different clients. Capability to notify customers- The system must be able

to communicate to different clients about the presence of a meeting. Through communicating

with such clients, it makes them aware of the event and gives them a chance to decide whether

the set date conflicts with their personal schedule. The customers will choose the dates

depending on their schedule and the time which they feel they are comfortable to attend the

meeting. Such a capability is vital to help such clients make a decision about the meeting and

hence avoid conflicting the meeting dates with personal schedule.Possessing the above critical

capabilities is crucial for the initiator agent. First, the capabilities will make it easy for users to

interact with the system.
