Here the summary statistics shows varied results. Firstly the statistics for first survey
question indicated employees’ did not believe they received adequate training for the work they
provided. From the second survey result it is clear that a shift has occurred within the company
and caused the employees believing compensation is not commensurate with the. For the third
question there is a mixed result. The majority of current employees expressed a below average
satisfaction level with the treatment by their supervisors. Most of the former employees
advocated fair treatment by their supervisors. However, treatment of the divisions by their
supervisors is negatively accomplished by the employees. Fourth question representing the
company communication policy almost ended with a pretty negative response. And finally both
former and current employees had or have reservations pertaining to the security of their jobs.
