others. Therefore in an endeavor of striving to communicate to this completely varied workforce,

of existing baristas.
The two countries of choice are Mexico and the United States. These countries exhibit visible
differences in their cultural configuration with Mexico inclined more on the pro-Latino traits while
US has embraced more westernized cultural characteristics.

Time and orientation
When pondering about the art of cross-cultural communication aspirations, the ideology of time
and orientation can be explicitly referred to as a culture’s prominent attitude towards the aspect of
time viewed as a unique distinctive cultural facet. Apparently Mexico scores higher on long-term
orientation recording a tally of 81. Meanwhile the United States comes out to scores low on long-

index indicates that Mexican labor force do possess a soft spot on adhering to time as they
