Conflicts refer to the serious disagreements or arguments occurring between individuals
or groups. Cases of conflicts have been experienced in the world since life began. The
main aim in most cases of conflicts is to make an individual or a group be considered
perfect or superior than the other. With all the two parties seeking to gain power and be
considered more perfect than the other, the argument process becomes a long process
making the conflicts last longer unless an appropriate method of solving the conflicts is
identified.
The main cause of conflicts has been disagreements among the victims. These
disagreements bring rise of serious arguments among the victims. In the case, one party is
perfect while the other remains against the made conclusion that proves it imperfect in
some way. Such conflicts among groups may require the involvement of a third party to
made the right conclusions and demonstrate the fact towards solving the conflicts.
