Introduction
Social class is a rank form of social disparity. All societies position their fellows
regarding to inferiority, superiority, and equality. It is a practice of variation whereby some
individuals are ranked higher than others.
In Indian, Caste method is an example of stratified arrangement. A society where separations of
social positions occur is called stratified culture. Social stratification takes in two phenomena:
differentiation of groups by ownership of certain features whereby some persons come to level
upper than others and the status of persons according to some evaluation.
Social class
Social stratification in workplaces is standard and requirements to get done in every city
in America. It shows that, at minimum nationally, the conventional idea of what people do for a
living still holds. The situations at an individual's work differ widely depending on class. Those
in higher class enjoy more independences in their occupations as well as those in the middle
class. They are regularly enjoying more diversity, exhibit some authority and more respected.
Minor or those in low level tend to feel alienated and have less overall work satisfaction
(Bourdieu, 1984). The physical environments of the workstation vary significantly between
classes.
In communities, social stratification is universal where the association of particular ethnic
individuals with class positions is common in several citizens. As a consequence of internal
ethnic diversity, a ruling social class is frequently ethnically similar, and exclusive races in some
