ABSTRACT.

Quality management is not only a strategy but also a way of thinking. It is giving back to the

society. This research attempts to detail the implication and use of quality tools and techniques to

improve and maintain quality service and products in Apple Inc. Within the recent years, Apple

Inc. has been prevalent in the market overtaking other supreme companies making outstanding

profits and impressive public image. With the overflowing strengths and opportunities, this

company has grasped large number of the market share. Despite the flourishing and prosperity,

Apple Inc. just like any other profit making organization, has experienced huge threats and

weakness when attempting to achieve and maintain the quality production. This paper also

details human factors on quality and ways of improving quality production and services.
