CRITIQUE OF PURE REASON 2
Different people have contributed significantly to the field of philosophy. Immanuel Kant has
contributed immensely in the field of philosophy. This can be seen from his works like the one
based of Metaphysics expositions. Kant explain the meaning of priori knowledge and posteriori
knowledge using metaphysics expositions. Priori knowledge means something that is known
without the need for its experience while posteriori means something that you need to experience
so as to establish its truth. Time and space are used to expound more on this concept. He focuses
on his work published in Critique of Pure Reason, Kant emphasizes on philosophical issues in
regard to time and space. Time is termed as being successive and not co-existing while space is
termed co-existing not successive.
The two aspects, which are time and space are referred to be the core elements that make up
Kants critical philosophy. The main aim for this was to raise a debate on the commonly argued
over elements. Kant’s view of his philosophies regarding time and space has been difficult for
many people to comprehend. This has led to many people laying an emphasis on the matter for a
better understanding of facts.
In the process of interpreting Kant’s opinions on space and time, certain philosophical questions
were laid that are relevant to Kant’s statements. This includes questions like; is time real? , is
space ideal or real? is space an identity on its own and how do all these elements interact?
