Reflection over Course Concepts
The nurse executive role is a complex leadership role that involves the management of
nurses and other interprofessional team members, facilitating communication and collaboration,
and mentoring new members. Over the last weeks, the course has familiarized me with numerous

vital to my future nurse administrator role.

interrelationship among resource allocations and costs, healthcare delivery models, and
regulatory and administrative environment. I anticipate using this knowledge in financial
